How is this different from a recruitment agency?
We charge a fixed project fee, not a percentage of the first-year salary. Our incentive is to find you the right person, not the most expensive one. We also hand over documentation so your next hire doesn't require us.
Do you guarantee the hire?
We don't operate on replacement guarantees — that's an agency model. What we do offer is a structured process, documented decisions, and a transparent record of every candidate evaluated.
Can you hire senior roles?
Yes — we work on roles from first employee through to department head. Executive search beyond that is usually better handled by a specialist firm, and we'll tell you when that applies.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Two to eight weeks from scoping to signed offer, depending on the role.
