- How is this different from a recruitment agency?
- We charge a fixed project fee, not a percentage of the first-year salary. Our incentive is to find you the right person, not the most expensive one. We also hand over documentation so your next hire doesn't require us.
- Do you guarantee the hire?
- We don't operate on replacement guarantees — that's an agency model. What we do offer is a structured process, documented decisions, and a transparent record of every candidate evaluated.
- Can you hire senior roles?
- Yes — we work on roles from first employee through to department head. Executive search beyond that is usually better handled by a specialist firm, and we'll tell you when that applies.
- How long does a typical engagement last?
- Two to eight weeks from scoping to signed offer, depending on the role.
