How long does an audit take?
Anywhere from one week (focused audit on a specific area) to four weeks (full HR posture audit for a mid-sized business). We scope it up front.
Will the audit disrupt the team?
Minimally. Most of our work is reviewing documents we've been given access to. Interviews are kept short and respectful, and we work around the team's schedule.
Will the report be a 100-page document?
No. Our audit reports are short, decision-ready, and prioritised. The risk register sits at the front so you can act on it immediately. The detail is in the appendix for whoever needs it.
Can you also fix the things you find?
Yes — for many engagements clients want us to handle the remediation directly using our other services (Policy & Compliance, Hiring, Performance). We'll always quote remediation work separately and you're under no obligation to give it to us.
