- Will this turn into a bureaucratic nightmare?
- No — that's the point. The most common reason performance management fails in SMEs is over-engineering. We design the smallest system that actually changes behaviour, and resist adding more.
- Do you handle PIPs (performance improvement plans)?
- Yes. PIPs are one of the most common reasons SMEs call us, and one of the most legally sensitive areas in UAE labour law. We design the PIP, document it correctly, and stay involved through the process.
- Can you train our managers?
- Yes — we offer short, practical manager coaching sessions on running reviews, having difficult conversations, and setting objectives. These are usually 90-minute sessions, not multi-day workshops.
- Do you integrate with HRIS / performance software?
- We're software-independent. If you already have a tool (BambooHR, Zoho People, etc.), we'll design the framework to work inside it. If you don't, we'll start with documents and only suggest software when the volume justifies it.
